Contract Terms

The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your Bid Package:

Landscape Maintenance Contract and Bid Package:

• We will write landscape maintenance contract and specifications for contracting landscape maintenance services for all turf, plant beds, hedges, shrubs within the property.  The specifications categorize work into mowing, edging, hedge pruning, ornamental pruning, fertilization, mulching, irrigation, pest management, cleanup, irrigation maintenance, etc.

• This contract will be written as a bid request for use in gaining bids from interested contractors.  It will include the specifications and qualifications for the work to be done.

• We will provide one draft copy for one review and editing by you.  A final copy will then be produced for use by this client only.  Any additional changes to the document will be billed for additionally at our normal consulting rate.

Landscape Installation Contract and Bid Package:

• We will write landscape installation service contract and specifications for contracting landscape installation services based on a landscape plan that will be part of the contract package given to vendors.  The plan details and the contract specifications need to be coordinated so that they are matched for each project.

• This contract will be written as a bid request for use in gaining bids from interested contractors.  It will include the specifications and qualifications for the work to be done.

• We will provide one draft copy for one review and editing by you.  A final copy will then be produced for use by this client only.  Any additional changes to the document will be billed for additionally at our normal consulting rate.

Arboricultural Maintenance Contract and Bid Package:

• We will write arboricultural maintenance service contract and specifications for contracting arboricultural maintenance services for the care and maintenance of trees and palms in all areas of the property.

• This contract will be written as a bid request for use in gaining bids from interested contractors.  It will include the specifications and qualifications for the work to be done.

• We will provide one draft copy for one review and editing by you.  A final copy will then be produced for use by this client only.  Any additional changes to the document will be billed for additionally at our normal consulting rate.
