Contract Terms
The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your environmental consulting project:
- On site and remote sensing evaluations performed by experienced professional staff. Our work is to verify existing site conditions to help with any permitting and site use issues. We work with architects, engineering firms, planners, architects, landscape architects, and development teams in many projects. We also work directly for property owners.
- Environmental projects are very time sensitive. Our reputation with many Agencies with Interest allows for streamlining the review process; saving time and money. We specialize in writing the correct language and descriptions that keep projects moving forward. Some of our past submittals have been used by agencies as models for future projects.
- Drafts for all documents to be provided for 1 review meeting (up to 1 hour) and 1 revision is included. Electronic copy and up to 2 hardcopies of items to be provided to client for use. Any additional revisions and changes requested by client are billed additionally to this contract at stated rates.
- Our consultants are registered biologists, listed tree and landscape appraisers, certified landscape inspectors, certified arborists, certified landscape contractors, certified landscape maintenance operators, certified xeriscape contractors, certified foresters.
- All work is strictly confidential between our firm, the named expert, and the client named.
