Contract Terms

The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your environmental violation settlement project:

• Arboricultural Evaluation for the trees using Earth Advisors Health and Condition Evaluation standards and Worksheets. 
• Provide GPS tree locations on a recent aerial for all trees evaluated.  This includes producing a Tree Locations Map overlaid on aerial photo for client use.
• Provide Summary Report of Evaluation. Report includes: Tree List by address, Work Specifications for each tree, reasons for preserving and maintaining all trees that are not imminent hazards, and mitigation recommendations for those trees that require replacement.
• One review meeting with Client (up to 2 hours) to discuss Evaluation and prepare for negotiation meetings with City.
• Available for additional work including meetings (including Special Magistrate meeting), research, consulting, site visits as requested by client.
