Landscape Health and Condition Evaluation ™
Contract Terms
The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your Landscape Health and Condition Evaluation.
- Perform Landscape Health and Condition Evaluation™ for all landscape items using Earth Advisors evaluation standards and worksheets. This can include determining the quality grade of trees, palms and other plants. The evaluation results are a basis for determining whether the landscape is complete/whole and meeting minimum standards for any government jurisdiction with interest.
- Summary Evaluation Report stating observations, recommendations and professional opinions for the landscape on property named. Project specifications and budgets for maintenance and remediation work are included in report.
- Attend review meeting with client (up to 2 hours) to discuss evaluation and plan recommended work items to meet budget constraints.
- Quality assurance inspections are additionally available to assure completion of remediation work as specified in report.
- Additional consulting, site visits and meetings are available as requested by client. This project may be used as the basis for a landscape damage claim.
