Contract Terms

The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your work inspection and project audit.

• Review plans, designs, contracts, and specifications for project as applicable to completed work for landscape, mitigation areas, and open space.
• Perform Landscape Audits for all landscape items using Earth Advisors evaluation standards and worksheets.  This includes determining quality grade of trees, palms and landscape plants. The evaluation results are a basis for determining whether the landscape is complete/whole and meeting minimum standards for this municipality.
• Summary Report stating observations, recommendations and professional opinions for the landscape on property named. Recommendations include listing of missing plants, below quality plants, undersized plants, and value of any substandard work to be included as part of contractor payment reviews and Punch Lists for project. 
• Attend review meeting with client (up to 2 hours) to discuss findings and meeting the landscape plan specifications and design layout.
• Quality assurance inspections are additionally available to assure completion of remediation work as specified in report.
• Additional consulting, site visits and meetings are available as requested by client. This project may be used as the basis for a landscape damage claim.
