Contract Terms

The following items are the major portions of work to be reviewed for inclusion in your educational program:

• Facilitate program planning meeting to: Develop program information, identify potential speakers & sponsors & participants, identify potential program site(s), write draft schedule, write implementation plan.
• Produce program documents for use and mailing (i.e. Agenda, Invitation, Sponsor Packet, etc.)
• Coordinate and manage program site contract, catering of meals, support services for program. Costs for site, catering, support services billed at cost.
• Teach classes and seminars for program using only prequalified instructors that have Earth Advisors experience.
• Produce program summary report to include: Seminar notes, attendee list, sponsor list, recommendations for use of information/results of program.
